My career, shaped by a blend of technical development and customer relationship building, reflects a passion for innovation. As the Owner/President of HMS Technical Development, I collaborate on cutting-edge projects in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Mining industries, specializing in customized product development, asset protection from corrosion, wear & fugitive dust, managing the big picture, ordering & logistics management to get what you need where you need it.
During my tenure as Business Development Director and Commercial Project Manager at Carus Corporation, I optimized accountability systems, launched core products, and fostered key partnerships. At American Refining Group, Inc., I wore multiple hats, successfully managing new product development, including a notable dust suppressant for silica sand.

Maggie is a geologist with a passion for transforming scientific fundamentals into innovative ideas and practical applications. With a background in geologic processes, specialty metal alloys, refractories, and the glass industries, she brings a wealth of technical knowledge to her work. She is a driven and creative problem solver, constantly seeking new challenges to expand her expertise.
In addition to her technical skills, Maggie is a trained ISO:9001-2015 Auditor, ensuring that her work meets the highest quality standards. Her specialties include physical and chemical analysis of solids, XRF, ICP-OES, LA-ICP-OES, scanning electron microscope and other microscopic analysis, XRD, glass corrosion testing, and data analysis.
Her commitment to continuous learning and growth makes her a valuable asset to any project. Her ability to analyze complex data and generate innovative solutions sets her apart in the field of geology.
